Step 1. Remove the mouting horn and spring Viewed: 535 times.

Step 3. Carefully remove the gears, don't drop any! watch that the steel pinion doesn't fall out. Note: The pinion on the output gear is in fairly tight so it will come out with the gear. Viewed: 539 times.

Step 4. Put one of the gears back but put it in facing down. This is just to provide a spacer for the next gear. Viewed: 553 times.

Step 5. Put a second gear on top of the first gear, this time facing upwards. Viewed: 568 times.

Step 6. Add the output shaft. Viewed: 514 times.

Step 7. Put the front plate back on so the gears don't fall out. Here you may notice that the motor gear does not mesh with the rest of the gears. Viewed: 559 times.

Step 8. Take out the motor. Viewed: 562 times.

Step 9. Move the gear up on the motor shaft with a knife or small flat head screwdriver. Viewed: 600 times.

Step 10. Put the motor back in. Notice how the motor gear now meshes with the other gears. Viewed: 655 times.

Step 11. You can cut off the plastic stops with a pair of side cutters to allow the motor to spin 360 degrees. You will be left with one extra gear so keep it or feed it to your fish, whatever works for you. Viewed: 675 times.
